Takayasu Arteritis is an inflammatory vascular disease which primarily affects the aorta and its major branches. The disease occurs mostly on women and the symptoms change due to the affected vessels. We want to present a patient whose major branches of the arcus aorta was totally occluded and the serebral circulation was dependent on the dilated right vertebral artery that also had a 60% stenosis.
