Myxoma is the most common primary tumor of the heart. The majority of myxomas are located in the left atrium. Although cardiac myxomas are histologically benign, they may be the source of emboli and cause intracardiac obstruction. Myxomas rarely remain asymptomatic, especially if they are large. A 42-year-old woman was admitted to our clinic with complaint of mild dyspnea. Echocardiography showed huge myxoma in left atrium. Surgery was performed and the mass was removed. Pathological examination demonstrated myxoma. We report a case of an asymptomatic huge left atrial myxoma.
