The calvarial lesions are wide variety but rarely seen. They may be identified clinically as palpable masses or incidentally in radiologic examination. The clinicians has a long list of differential diagnosis which includes neoplastic, inflammatory, congenital, traumatic, vascular lesions. The aim of this article is to review the relevant literature, and to discuss the clinical spectrum, diagnosis, radiology, treatment, and prognosis of calvarial lesions.
