Hydatid cyst disease is a parasitory disease affecting public health and animals health unfavorably both in Turkey and worldwide. Hydatid cyst may invade all organs mainly liver and lung which leads to huge cysts. In children lungs were the primarily affected organs. Since the lung tissue is more elastic, more larger cysts formed in it which gives the chance of early diagnosis. In that study we present a six years old male patient, who had posterior-anterior chest X-ray suspicious for the hydatid cyst disease.
