Mounier-Kuhn syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by marked dilatation of the trachea and main bronchi, sometimes with bronchiectasis and recurrent lower respiratory tract infection. A 40-year-old man was referred to our clinic with chronic cough and sputum production. HRCT showed a large trachea and bronchiectasis in both lower lobes. The spirometry of the patient showed obstructive and restrictive defect with flattening in the inspiratory limb of flow-volume loop. A fiberoptic bronchoscopy was performed and large trachea and main bronchi were seen with a collection of great amounts of secretion. We report of a rare case with the review of the literature.
