Medulloblastoma is the most common primary malign tumor of the central nervous system (CNS) in childhood and is uncommon in adulthood. Clinical signs due to increased intracranial pressure owing to obstruction of the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and resulting hydrocephalus. They are usually located at the midline and appear unilocular. Multifocal localization in cerebellum is very rare. In this report we describe a female with multifocal cerebellar medulloblastoma.
