Vascular injuries caused by firearm injuries among children are extremely rare. In this age group following the resection of a damaged segment, end-to-end anastomosis or saphenous vein interposition is preferred for vascular repair. In this study, we presented the early and late period synthetic graft infection and follow-up findings of the patient whose operated 12 years ago because of her left subclavian artery and left axillary venous damages due to firearm injuries.
