Patients with anatomical abnormality may reach adulthood without any symptoms. A 20-year-old female was consultated in our pulmonary diseases clinic for a lesion in chest X-ray while she was being investigated by endocrinology clinic for cachexia and hirsutism. She was suffering from execise dyspnea for 3 to 4 years and frequent (3-4 times a year) lower respiratory tract infections She was diagnosed as Scimitar Syndrome depending on the findings of right pulmonary hypoplasia and partial venous return abnormality in thorax computerized tomography. As, the image in chest X-ray resembles Turkish sword the syndrome is called so. We would like to present this case with the literature as it is a rare pulmonary anomaly.
