There are a few reports in the literature indicating concurrent presentation of Behcet's disease and psychotic disorders. Concurrent familial transmission of these two disorders is a quite rare condition as well. In this report, a young female patient who presented with psychotic disorder accompanied by newly diagnosed Neuro-Behcet's disease, and had a family history of both diseases was discussed.
